1.Transport System (Olive Conveyor Belt) and Leaf Aspirator

After the olives are poured into the belt part, they are transported to the washing unit after separating olives from their leaves in the aspirator section. Then the olives brought to the washing section are washed with plenty of water. Thus, harmful substances such as stone and sand remain at the bottom of our washing machine. One of the important advantages of the installation of our machine is that it can be adjusted and it prevents water and energy loss. There is one aspirator in this model.

2. Washing Machine

The washing unit is the first step in the process of converting the olive to oil. It is designed to carry, sort and wash the olives from the plant and to remove them from harmful substances. In accordance with the food regulations, the belt section is made of rubber. This model is made of AISI 304L sheet material.

3. The Olive Crusher

Continuous Hammer Mill with 4 arms for olive crushing. All the surfaces and the rotating sieve that the olive touches the products will be made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel material. It will be hammer type with breaker plate. The main body will be designed from GG20.

4. The Mixer (Malaxer)

The Mixer (Malaxer) unit is used to increase the percentage amount of oil by mixing the olive paste and each Mixer unit section operates independently. The olive crushed in the crusher unit is distributed to the requested section in the form of olive paste thanks to the spiral and lever handles. The olive paste is mixed with the help of the special spiral, which is inside the mixer unit, this process is important for the following solid-fluid segregation. The hot water which is circulated worked to the water jackets inside the mixer unit, it can be adjusted to the desired heat. The mixer unit is completely manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel in accordance with the food instructions.

 

 

The mixer with special lighting and resistanceattracting the attention of producers and ensuring easethe operator has monitoring windows.

5. The Decanter unit

Decanter is made of 304L stainless steel and its leaves are coated with TUNGSTEN carbide with a hardness of 65 HAC against abrasion. Our models; strong, reliable, practicality in production, minimum maintenance, and maximum efficiency, increase the competitive power by reducing costs. With these newly developed models, 1% to 2% more oil is obtained from other machines. With the combination of mechanical-structural solutions with electronic control and security systems; close to zero vibration, low noise emission, and energy saving. It obtains pure and organic olive oil with high quality. Our series works with the digital panel and computer-supported. The oil content in the pomace is 1.3%. The moisture rate is about 45%.

It is located in the center of the modern olive oil line. Oil, pomace and black water in 3 phase system from olive paste; It is used to separate oil and pomace phases in 2 phase system. Decanters are suitable for 2 phase, 3 phase and cold press processes.

All the parts in contact with the Olive Components are made of stainless steel in accordance with the food regulations.

6. The Separator unit

It works with an automatic unloading system. It adds shine to the oil and purifies foreign substances in the oil. All parts in contact with olive oil in accordance with the food regulations are made of stainless steel and contain hydraulic and electronic connections in the buffer section and electronic control panel to prevent interruption of the process. It can also be equipped with a system that allows the drum to clean itself.

It is designed with a fully programmable touch screen panel with PLC control. The system can operate with full security under all conditions. Foreign substances are separated in the bowl body during the work and kept in the solid accumulation section. Hydraulic opening-closing is thrown from the separator by the piston mechanism. According to the fully automatic discharge system, the absence of manual cleaning and consequently oil loss is minimized

7. The Boiler Unit

BOILER Unit: It is produced to meet the hot water requirement required for the facility. As a fuel, pomace, and diesel are used.

It contains an electrical panel, circulation pump, and heat exchanger unit.

The package heat exchanger system next to the boiler supplies the system between 27-35 ° C without spending water in the boiler.

The packaged heat exchanger system contains a water softening device in its structure, thus preventing calcification.
