It works with an automatic unloading system. It adds shine to the oil and purifies foreign substances in the oil. All parts in contact with olive oil in accordance with the food regulations are made of stainless steel and contain hydraulic and electronic connections in the buffer section and electronic control panel to prevent interruption of the process. It can also be equipped with a system that allows the drum to clean itself.

It is designed with a fully programmable touch screen panel with PLC control. The system can operate with full security under all conditions. Foreign substances are separated in the bowl body during the work and kept in the solid accumulation section. Hydraulic opening-closing is thrown from the separator by the piston mechanism. According to the fully automatic discharge system, the absence of manual cleaning and consequently oil loss is minimized.
